You may be in this position of power by intentionally working up the ranks, inadvertently fallen into it by necessity, or unknowingly stumbling upon it. Regardless of how you got here, you have people that need your guidance, your direction, your leadership.
A boss is shallow, selfish, temporary, and unproductive.
A leader impacts, empowers, and their effects on someone’s life can can last for years …
