“Whoever Wishes to Become Great Among You Shall Be Your Servant”
In other words … if you want to be great, you must be a servant to all.
Simon Sinek, an author and motivational speaker, summed it perfectly when he said, “a boss has the title and a leader has the people.”
The one word that differentiates and defines these two characters is “servant.” Are you deciding to intentionally serve your team, or are you selfishly going to have them serve you?
Greatness is not how you use others to show off how awesome you are, but it’s how you take others and help them realize their own awesomeness.
It’s time to invest in others
Change your mindset … Change your perspective … life is much better when you have an outlook that creates opportunity.
